Mortgage for the Newcomers to Canada

Moving to a new country and getting a house is a big step. You, however, do not have to stress yourself so much on how to purchase a home within a short period since the mortgage is there to help you. If you have been a permanent resident of Canada for three years or less, or you have been working in Canada for a minimum of three months, and you have landed the immigrant status, then you can apply for a mortgage.

While applying for the home loan, you will need several documents. These include 12 months verifiable bank statement from a well known and commended financial institution, which may also include a financial institution from your native country if you have only been in Canada for not more than 12 months, a letter from your employer and your recent pay stub. You can also present consecutive 12 months verifiable payments of goods like the utility or phone bill.

Loan homes or mortgage is very beneficial to all newcomers to Canada as it helps in reducing the stress of having to wait until one saves massive amounts of money to afford a house. There are numerous lenders available, and we are here to help you choose the best lender with the best mortgage options and rates so that you can acquire the home of your dreams.
